Thank God its Friday! the beginning of a weekend, how has your food-style been this week? Whats the level of your foodstuff in your store? Are you like me? I stock every saturday, stressful you may say, but with the nature of electricity in my area, that's the best I can do. I wish there's an uninterrupted power supply, who no like stress-less weekend, I would stock away and just visit my freezer or store for whatever I need and do my restocking every month. TIPS ON DRIED PONMO

Dry PONMO is-dried cow skin. Its basically dried to get a longer shelf period and to prevent contamination. When soaked, cleaned and cooked, it can be added along side assorted meat in various soups such as egusi, ogbono, vegetable as well as our regular fish or meat stew. Ponmo is a good source of roughage, that is, it is very high in fibre. Having ponmo in its dried state is of great advantage because it allows for easy storage (just keep it in a dry place), better preservation (since it is dried) and elimination of unpleasant smell. The following steps is required for you to get dried ponmo ready for cooking: 1) Pour dried ponmo into a bowl 2) Run hot  water into the bowl containing the Ponmo 3) Leave to soak overnight (once soaked overnight, dried ponmo becomes soft and fresh 4) Clean soft ponmo by removing the thin layer inside it 5) Rinse and then ponmo is ready to be cooked We are taking orders in bags and packs and we deliver both nationwide and export t...
