Thank God its Friday! the beginning of a weekend, how has your food-style been this week? Whats the level of your foodstuff in your store?

Are you like me? I stock every saturday, stressful you may say, but with the nature of electricity in my area, that's the best I can do. I wish there's an uninterrupted power supply, who no like stress-less weekend, I would stock away and just visit my freezer or store for whatever I need and do my restocking every month. However, my weekly stocking is always fun for me.

TIPS ON DRIED PONMO

Dry PONMO is-dried cow skin. Its basically dried to get a longer shelf period and to prevent contamination. When soaked, cleaned and cooked, it can be added along side assorted meat in various soups such as egusi, ogbono, vegetable as well as our regular fish or meat stew. Ponmo is a good source of roughage, that is, it is very high in fibre.
